Made with cacao grown, fermented, and processed at source by Chocolat Madagascar. Like a fine wine, their cocoa is turned from a crop into chocolate within days, rather than years of being picked. This allows the natural cocoa flavours to be captured in the chocolate, whilst increasing the profits for the Malagasy people by exporting a finished product, rather than a raw crop.
